Yesterday, I had the opportunity, privilege and struggle of sitting down with a man that is literally dying of cancer.
Being diagnosed 2 weeks ago and the effects of cancer have already seized his body.
The words, actions and thoughts of someone who is dying are very calculated...
with tears in his eyes...voice cracking...
It truly made me think,
what if I was told the words, "you only have a few months to live..."
What would change in my life?
After thinking a good bit on this,
I came up with 3 things:
1. Be present.
2. Be engaged.
3. Be intentional.
Why wait until we are staring death in the face to make changes in our life?
So I challenge you--
Be present. Be engaged. Be intentional.
Life is better that way!
Be present. Be engaged. Be intentional.
Have a great day!
