Maybe you are a church leader.
Or you are a CEO in your company or even a leader teacher or coach.
Here's a question that you need to be able to answer…
Are you more concerned with doing what is 'right' or doing the 'right' things more than you are concerned with developing a culture under the same cause?
Developing a culture is huge in your organization or business?
I go to one coffee shop in the area I live in.
I go to that coffee shop because they have developed a culture.
Yes they have good coffee.
Yes they have a cool, easy atmosphere.
But they have created a culture. They buy free-trade coffee, there's hospitality..and so on.
Developing a culture is not about branding, product and environment,
it's about developing an organizational culture that engages people with a cause.
You can have a great brand.
You can have a great product.
You can have an amazing environment.
But if you haven't developed a culture within your organization, something BIG is missing,
and you might not see the success you are hoping for.
What difference are you making?
What difference is your organization making?
And are you developing that culture with the population around you?
