So last week we talked about the Better You Plan.
Basically, having one goal for the 3 different areas of your life:
-Mental
-Physical
-Spiritual
Well, here are mine.
Mental-No social media/texting after 8:00pm....this one will be hard and I will struggle a little bit with it, just being honest, but I am working on it and it's something I will get better with the more i work at it.
Physical-Gain 15lbs. I know that sounds weird BUT I am looking to gain 10-15lbs of muscle this next year. I know all yall "weight lose" people are probably going to be pissed that I am trying to gain weight but that's my goal, not yours. It's a better me, not a better you.
Spiritual-Do my QT/read my Bible everyday! Everyday--no exceptions. Also, Cass and I wanted to up our tithing 2%.
Those are mine! Hope you are taking up this challenge too!
